This exhibition explores themes of touch or lack of touch - different ways to be intimate or close to someone/something. This could be vulnerability/modes of communication, loneliness, longing, sex/lack of sex, substitution, fear, a gloved touch, a covid “hug”, or how nice it is to see friends faces through the phone. While the show's theme is connected to the pandemic, many of these issues are relevant in people’s average day-to-day lives - navigating what it means to be a human being in a society. This is Moisturizer's first ever virtual exhibit.
